Packing Day

Last view from our garden house toward the Jungfrau, before the clouds set in and it started to sprinkle.

Our bags have been picked up and are on their way to the airport for tomorrow's flight.

When we went to the bank, seeing the rock for the steinstossen reminded me that the Unspunnen. the Swiss traditional costume and alpine shepherd festival, will happen again in 2029.

Did Michael and I do and see everything we wanted to? No, but that was fine. There is always next year. We met up with old friends, learned to cook new dishes, visited new places, ate delicious food, and had lots fun, excitement, and laughter.

The garden house is already reserved for 2026. Let the countdown begin.......
