Blueberry Pie

This is the perfect recipe for any blueberry pie lover. Our friends Andy and Tina served this blueberry pie when we visited their new home. Tina was kind to share the recipe with me and now I would like to share it with other friends. The pie is delicious!! This "blueberry pie recipe is a keeper!!!"



1 deep dish unbaked pie shell

3 cups fresh blueberries

1 cup sugar

1/3 cup flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1/2 cup sour cream


Place berries in pie shell.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour on berries









Put the following topping on the berry mixture

1/4 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup flour


Mix together and sprinkle over blueberry mixture.






Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour


The crumble topping is so tasty.


I served the pie with a scoop of French vanilla ice cream on the side. Yummy!
